I walked this path
before I guided others

I'm Nelly Abdel Malak. For nearly 20 years I chased success in the corporate world — achieving, pushing, never arriving. I was living on autopilot, completely disconnected from my body, from joy, from life itself.

The turning point came when I stopped seeking external fixes and sat in stillness. I listened — truly listened — to the one voice I had been ignoring all along: my own body. I stopped outsourcing my healing and started trusting my own wisdom. Everything shifted.

I became a certified Polestar Pilates teacher, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Mindset practitioner — not to teach what I read, but to share what I lived. My approach is rooted in bio-individuality and conscious transformation.

Before Rise With Nelly, I spent nearly 20 years building a career in the corporate world — in performance-driven environments where achievement was the currency and the body was an afterthought. I know from the inside what sustained pressure, disconnection and the invisible toll of high performance actually feel like. That lived experience is why my corporate work carries a different depth.

My journey into holistic wellbeing began through my own transformation. After those many years in corporate environments, I realised that true wellbeing is not something we wait for — it's something we cultivate through intentional habits, inner alignment and mindful living.

Over time, I noticed that the constant focus on achievement was dimming my joy, clarity and connection to myself. This led me to explore what it means to live with more harmony, purpose and awareness. Through mindful movement, integrative nutrition and conscious lifestyle shifts, I rebuilt my relationship with my body, my energy and my sense of self.

Today, as a Conscious Transformation Coach and Certified Polestar Pilates Teacher, I support individuals and communities in creating sustainable wellbeing through my Conscious Transformation Methodology (CTM). My approach blends movement, nourishment, emotional awareness, intentional habits and intrinsic motivation — to help people feel more grounded, balanced and connected in their everyday lives.

I believe that wellbeing is not about perfection. It's about awareness, choice, and creating daily micro-rhythms that help us feel more grounded, more alive, and more aligned with who we truly are.
