This website is operated by Nelly Abdel Malak, trading as Rise With Nelly, a holistic health coaching practice based in the United Arab Emirates.

2. What Information I Collect

I collect information you provide directly when you:

• Fill in the contact form (name, email, enquiry details, message)
• Sign up for the free Morning Ritual guide (name and email)
• Join the community waitlist (name and email)
• Subscribe to the Weekly Wisdom newsletter (name and email)
• Complete the Signature 1:1 Journey application form (name, email and your answers)
• Book a discovery call through Cal.com (name, email and booking details)

I also collect basic anonymous data automatically — such as which pages are visited and how long visitors spend on the site. This does not identify you personally.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiries and messages personally
• Deliver the Morning Ritual guide, video and any other content you have requested
• Send the Weekly Wisdom newsletter, if you have subscribed
• Notify you when the community launches, if you joined the waitlist
• Prepare for and conduct your discovery call and coaching sessions
• Improve the website and the experience of visiting it

I will only send you marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time — every email I send includes an unsubscribe link.

4. Third-Party Services I Use

To operate this website and deliver services to you, I use the following trusted third-party tools. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Formspree (formspree.io) — processes contact and application form submissions and forwards them to my email inbox
• MailerLite (mailerlite.com) — manages email subscriptions and sends automated welcome emails and newsletters
• Cal.com (cal.com) — handles discovery call bookings and sends booking confirmations
• Cloudflare Pages (cloudflare.com) — hosts this website securely
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this website

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. How Long I Keep Your Data

I keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service you requested, or for as long as you remain subscribed to my emails. If you ask me to delete your data, I will do so promptly — usually within 14 days.

Form submissions received through Formspree are stored in my email inbox and managed as regular correspondence.

You have the right to:

• Ask me to correct any information that is inaccurate
• Ask me to delete your information
• Withdraw your consent to receive emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served over HTTPS. All data you submit through forms is encrypted in transit. I take reasonable precautions to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where you are based in the European Union, I also respect the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I may update this policy from time to time as my services grow. The date at the top of this page will always show when it was last updated. I encourage you to review it occasionally.
